What should I do if I am offered an expression of interest?
Ask who is making the offer and on whose behalf, whether any amount is refundable and on what terms, and which entity would receive the money. Check whether Prestige itself has announced the window, and whether the project appears on the K-RERA register. Do not pay until you can match the payee with the promoter named in Prestige's official documentation.
Can I book a plot now?
The project is not yet registered with K-RERA, and as at 4 November 2026 Prestige had made no official announcement of bookings or an expression-of-interest window. Registering interest through the enquiry form is not a booking and involves no payment.
What should I check before paying any amount?
Confirm the K-RERA registration, check that the payee is the registered promoter, ask for the layout approval, get a written cost sheet for the plot, and read the draft agreement before paying. The checklist at the end of this page sets these out in order.
What plot sizes will be offered?
Prestige had not published plot sizes or a layout plan as at 4 November 2026. When plot options are released, ask for each plot's dimensions, its area in square feet, which way it faces, its position in the layout and whether it is a corner or regular plot, all in writing.
How large is the project, and how many plots will it have?
Prestige had not published the land area or the number of plots as at 4 November 2026. Both will appear in the K-RERA registration. The registration's land area and plot count are the figures to rely on when you compare brochures or listings.
